Courier Operations Manager

Bolt is looking for a Courier Operations Manager to lead and develop its courier operations across Cyprus.

The role combines operational leadership, data analysis and field work. You will manage courier performance, improve delivery processes, build supply and financial models, and work directly with couriers across key operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and scale courier operations across Cyprus.

• Improve delivery processes, courier efficiency and operational performance.

• Monitor delivery metrics and identify operational issues.

• Build supply forecasts and financial models.

• Lead and develop the local courier operations team.

• Collaborate with commercial, product and other cross-functional teams.

• Travel within Cyprus to meet couriers and support field operations.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, last-mile delivery, consulting, commercial roles or analytics.

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field.

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.

• Strong written and spoken English.

• Greek language skills are considered an advantage.

Experience with Looker, Power BI or Tableau is also beneficial.

Working Conditions

According to Bolt, the role follows a hybrid working model requiring at least 12 days per month in the office and regular travel within Cyprus.
