Junior Dealer

About the Role

eToro is seeking a motivated Junior Dealer to join the Dealing Operations team in Limassol. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in real-time risk management, pricing, and execution within a technology-driven trading environment. No prior dealing experience is required; the role is designed for candidates eager to learn and develop sound operational judgement alongside experienced dealers.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor client exposure across eToro's multi-asset platform in real-time under senior dealer guidance

• Use in-house dealing tools and internal dashboards to assist with exposure, pricing, and execution monitoring

• Support adherence to company risk limits and internal risk parameters

• Monitor pricing feeds, markups, and liquidity providers; escalate issues during volatile or low-liquidity conditions

• Observe and gradually assist with hedging activities in line with desk procedures

• Contribute to daily P&L and exposure reporting while learning how the desk manages risk across overnight and weekend exposure

Requirements

• Strong interest in financial markets, trading, and broker-dealer operations

• Comfort with data and internal tools; SQL, Python, or Excel experience is a plus but not mandatory

• Ability to remain calm, focused, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced, real-time environment

• Willingness to work shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays

• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset

• Fluency in English

• Openness to using AI-assisted tools for analysis and monitoring
