eToro is seeking a detail-oriented Middle Office Analyst to support its global trading operations in Limassol, Cyprus. This role bridges the gap between front-office trading and back-office settlement, ensuring operational accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient execution across all trading processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile trade executions and position data across multiple systems and platforms

• Monitor exposure levels and verify alignment with eToro's global risk framework

• Analyze trading performance data and generate actionable insights

• Support lending, settlement, and post-trade activities

• Liaise with external liquidity providers and counterparties worldwide

• Act as central point of contact, facilitating collaboration between trading, risk, finance, and operations teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Middle Office, Back Office, or related trading/financial operations

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related quantitative field

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with meticulous attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Excellent organizational and methodical approach

• Solid understanding of capital markets and financial products

• Proficient in Excel and SQL (required); Python knowledge is a plus

• Ability to generate dashboards using AI tools

• Fluent English, written and verbal
