Product Manager, Crypto

Overview

eToro seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead its Money & Crypto team, owning critical money-movement flows and bridging traditional fiat payments with crypto infrastructure for 40M+ users worldwide. This role is based in Limassol, Cyprus and requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product flows for deposits, withdrawals, payment methods (cards, open banking), and crypto/wallet transfers

• Act as primary point of contact connecting Engineering, Design, Operations, and Compliance with external vendors including payment service providers and custodians

• Translate complex business and compliance requirements into clear technical specifications and collaborate with engineering teams on APIs and integrations

• Conduct data-driven optimization of customer funnels, define KPIs, and prioritize improvements based on customer impact and business risk using analytics tools

Required Experience & Skills

• 4+ years of product management experience at leading B2C tech companies in fintech, payments, or crypto sectors with handling of real customer funds

• Deep understanding of traditional payment systems (cards, bank transfers, payment service providers) and crypto infrastructure (custody models, wallet flows, MiCA regulations, Travel Rule)

• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and strong UX sensibility with tools like Figma and Miro

• Daily user of LLMs and prototyping tools, capable of building interactive prototypes and describing AI workflows

• Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving abilities in fast-paced, highly regulated environments
