eToro is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join the Solutions Group in Limassol on a hybrid basis. This role involves designing and operating large-scale, complex infrastructure environments while leading cross-organizational DevOps initiatives that drive innovation across the company's R&D teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to cross-organization DevOps projects establishing best practices across R&D

• Design, implement, and operate large-scale, complex environments ensuring high availability and optimal performance

• Manage Kubernetes multi-cluster lifecycle and containerized environments in production

• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies

• Develop and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code tools

• Research and evaluate new DevOps tools and methodologies to improve processes

• Work closely with R&D teams to enhance service reliability, scalability, and performance

• Handle production environment challenges including performance optimization, security, and scalability

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on DevOps experience

• Strong Python development skills beyond scripting

• Proficiency in Linux scripting and programming languages

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments

• Infrastructure as Code expertise with Terraform

• Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge including storage, networking, and security (Azure preferred)

• Full application release cycle and CI/CD pipeline management experience

• Proven ability to work independently in dynamic, production environments

• Strong debugging and complex problem-solving capabilities
