Financial Due Diligence Consultant
Join EY Parthenon's Transaction Diligence Team in Nicosia as a Financial Due Diligence Consultant. This role supports clients through complex transactions by identifying key financial drivers of revenue and profitability, assessing value adjustments, improving deal structures, and mitigating transaction risks. You will work with a high-performing integrated team on challenging and interesting projects across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in achieving strategic goals during acquisitions or divestitures
Conduct financial due diligence to identify key value drivers and challenge assumptions about future performance
Prepare analyses of historical and pro forma financial information to assess trends and cash flow impacts on deal valuation
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
Prepare reports and schedules for delivery to clients and other transaction parties
Collaborate with other EY service teams to deliver integrated client solutions
Participate in cross-border assignments with EY offices globally
Required Qualifications
Commercial awareness and hands-on experience in financial due diligence
Deep understanding of EBITDA components, working capital, and net debt calculations
Ability to evaluate financial and operational performance and identify transaction risks and red flags
ACA, ACCA qualification or relevant university degree (or working towards certification)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools
Strong time management under pressure to meet deadlines
Team player with relationship-building ability at all levels
