About the role
Overview
EY Consulting is seeking a UI/UX Designer to join their Transformation Realized™ Consulting practice in Nicosia. This role is part of EY's Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia cluster, supporting transformation initiatives across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research to understand target users, their needs, and pain points
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate intended user experience
Collaborate with product managers and developers to define project goals, scope, and functionality
Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across digital products
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, or demonstrated work experience as a UX/UI designer within a design team
Knowledge of human-centered design and the end-to-end design process including research, personas, concept creation, customer journeys, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and user testing
Proficiency in design and prototyping software such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite, with capability to design from wireframes through final UI
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
Experience conducting collaborative design workshops
User research or user testing background
