Head of Product — Wealth & Trading
Revolut is looking for a UX-focused Head of Product to lead the strategy, roadmap and customer experience across its Wealth and Trading products.
The role involves shaping product direction, managing multiple product teams and working closely with Design, Engineering and Data to deliver scalable financial products.
Key Responsibilities
Define the strategy and roadmap for trading, investment and wealth-management products.
Lead UX-focused product development across complex customer journeys.
Work with Design and Engineering teams to deliver intuitive and scalable solutions.
Manage, mentor and develop product team members.
Prioritise initiatives based on customer value, business impact and data.
Explore the use of AI and automation across trading and portfolio experiences.
Key Requirements
7+ years of product management experience.
3+ years of experience managing multiple product teams or squads.
Strong experience with UX-led product development.
Proven ability to define product strategy and influence senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical, commercial and prioritisation skills.
Experience delivering complex products in fast-moving environments.
Experience in fintech, trading, investment platforms, wealth management or equity research is considered an advantage.
