Scrum Master

About the Role

Kairostek is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile excellence and enable high-performing development teams. As a servant leader, you will bridge communication between product owners, development teams, and stakeholders while championing Agile principles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all core Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

• Coach and mentor teams on Agile values and Scrum best practices to build self-organizing squads

• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution and continuous delivery

• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog

• Foster open communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Drive continuous improvement using data and feedback to enhance team performance

• Promote transparency, accountability, and iterative learning within the organization

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in fast-paced tech environments

• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum

• Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting multiple development teams

• Strong conflict-resolution, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to foster trust, accountability, and ownership within teams

Nice-to-have: CSM or other Agile certifications, experience with Jira and Confluence, background in software development.
