About the role
Product Owner (Crypto)
Revolut is looking for a Technical Product Owner to help shape the infrastructure and product roadmap behind its crypto and trading services.
The role involves defining technical product requirements, coordinating third-party integrations and working with Engineering, Risk, Compliance and Treasury teams to deliver secure and scalable financial products.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the product lifecycle for crypto features and services.
Define requirements for secure and scalable financial systems.
Lead integrations with liquidity providers, custodians and market-data platforms.
Work with technical and regulatory teams to develop compliant product solutions.
Use data and customer research to improve pricing, latency and trading experiences.
Support expansion into new assets, markets and regulatory environments.
Key Requirements
3+ years of technical product management or product ownership experience.
Experience in fintech, crypto or financial infrastructure.
Understanding of backend architecture and financial systems.
Experience delivering products in regulated environments.
Familiarity with crypto or traditional trading processes.
Strong analytical, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience with digital assets, crypto regulation, prototyping or user-testing tools is considered an advantage.
Compensation
Kraków and other locations in Poland: PLN 28,100–41,900 gross per month
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
Final compensation depends on the candidate’s experience, skills and qualifications.
