Lead FP&A Analyst

About the role

Quadcode is looking for a Lead FP&A Analyst to join its finance team in Limassol, Cyprus.

In this role, you will play a central part in financial planning, management reporting and business analysis. You will work with financial data across the organisation to improve reporting quality, support strategic decision-making and provide management with clear insight into business performance.

The position involves preparing consolidated financial reports, analysing variances and costs, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and working closely with Accounting and Data Analytics teams to improve the quality and automation of financial reporting.

What you’ll be doing

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports.

• Produce consolidated financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow reporting.

• Create financial performance presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.

• Build and maintain management dashboards.

• Analyse financial results and identify key performance trends.

• Investigate budget and actual variances and provide clear commentary.

• Analyse operating costs by category and cost centre.

• Develop and maintain cost-allocation methodologies.

• Prepare and review journal entries used for management reporting.

• Collaborate with Data Analytics teams on BI dashboards and reporting solutions.

• Participate in annual budgeting and recurring forecasting processes.

• Support the development of financial models and scenario analysis.

• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes.

• Contribute to finance automation and efficiency initiatives.

• Work closely with Accounting teams to ensure consistency between statutory and management reporting.

• Validate financial data and help maintain reporting accuracy.

• Provide ad hoc financial analysis in response to management requests.

• Translate complex financial information into clear recommendations and business insights.

What we’re looking for

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics or another relevant discipline.

• At least three years of professional experience in FP&A or a similar financial-analysis role.

• Strong understanding of profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.

• Good knowledge of IFRS.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Experience building complex financial models.

• Strong knowledge of Excel formulas, pivot tables and automation techniques.

• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills.

• The ability to create clear, structured and management-ready presentations.

• Experience working with business-intelligence tools.

• Experience designing or contributing to financial dashboards.

• The ability to work effectively with data analysts and other technical teams.

• Experience using ERP systems.

• Familiarity with platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Priority or comparable enterprise systems.

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• English proficiency at B2 level or above.

• The ability to communicate confidently in business correspondence and financial documentation.

Skills that would be an advantage

• ACCA qualification or active progress towards ACCA.

• CIMA qualification or active progress towards CIMA.

• Previous experience working within an international fintech company.

• Experience improving or automating FP&A processes.

• Knowledge of SaaS, brokerage or trading-related business models.

• Experience working with international financial reporting structures.

• Exposure to financial systems integration or advanced BI reporting.

Work arrangement

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Limassol, Cyprus.

Employees work from Quadcode’s office in Limassol.
