Senior Product Owner (Trading)

About the Role

As a Senior Product Owner for our Trading division, you will own the complete product lifecycle from conceptualization through post-release analysis. You will drive the strategic direction of our trading terminal and toolset, which supports options, CFD, FX, equities, and crypto trading across both regulated and offshore environments.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Managing and prioritizing the product backlog based on measurable impact and data-driven decisions

• Designing and executing experiments to validate features, with rigorous analysis of results—including failures

• Working hands-on with trading mechanics such as leverage, margin, stop-out, and expirations

• Collaborating directly with engineering and compliance teams to ensure features meet regulatory frameworks where applicable

What We're Looking For

You bring 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in trading, brokerage, or fintech, with direct exposure to products handling user funds. You possess deep understanding of high-risk instrument mechanics beyond the user interface, and you are comfortable independently pulling and analyzing data using SQL or BI tools. You have hands-on experience running A/B tests and understand the critical distinction between shipped features and features that actually deliver value.

Fluency in Russian and B2+ English is required. Experience with MT5, proprietary trading platforms, regulatory environments, or launching products from zero are valued but not essential.
