Finance Analyst/Controller
This mid-level position supports the financial operations and compliance of a group of companies based in Limassol. The role combines analyst and controller responsibilities, working closely with external auditors, banks, and tax advisors to maintain financial accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare documentation and data for external audits of the company group
Manage VAT reporting and corporation tax calculations across multiple legal entities
Use QuickBooks to review accounting data and monitor financial statement quality
Post year-end journal entries and participate in audit planning
Support KYC, Due Diligence, and banking review procedures
Liaise with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and other external stakeholders
Ensure timely submission of documentation and monitor tax compliance
Participate in internal financial control activities and process improvements
Prepare analytical reports and supporting documentation as requested
Requirements
2+ years experience as an Auditor or Accountant
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
2+ years experience with external auditors and financial statement audits for international companies
Proficiency in MS Excel, CaseWare, and accounting software
Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
Experience in IT or software development industry is valued
