System Architect
This Lead-level position involves designing and maintaining a comprehensive solution architecture portfolio while ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical constraints, and cross-system dependencies. The role combines strategic architecture oversight with hands-on technical governance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, align, and defend architectural decisions with stakeholders and the Architecture Committee
Provide technical governance and oversight across solution implementations
Establish technical standards, best practices, and clear ownership boundaries for services and systems
Contribute to ArchOps practices and continuous process improvement
Facilitate cross-functional architectural reviews and decision-making
Required Expertise:
4+ years in an architectural role with 5+ years prior hands-on software development experience
Proficiency in C4 and BPMN notations for system documentation and communication
Deep knowledge of integration technologies: HTTP, REST API, RPC, WebSocket
Strong expertise in relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, ClickHouse)
Solid experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and microservices architecture
Practical containerization experience (Docker, Kubernetes)
Working knowledge of .NET technology stack and API management platforms
Understanding of information security principles and involvement in certification initiatives (ISO, ISMS, GDPR)
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) minimum
