Analytics Engineer – Mobile BI and New Games

This role focuses on owning and maintaining dbt Cloud infrastructure across the organization, ensuring reliable analytics pipelines that support business-critical operations including finance data models. You will work within a modern data stack built on Snowflake, dbt, and AWS, while actively integrating AI-assisted and agentic workflows into the team's daily processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer dbt Cloud organization-wide, managing project setup, environments, permissions, CI/CD pipelines, version upgrades, and cost control

• Support multiple independent dbt projects, establish standards and conventions to maintain team alignment

• Develop and maintain production dbt pipelines with emphasis on complex finance models requiring high accuracy and reliability

• Mentor analysts on dbt best practices, SQL modeling, testing, and code review processes

• Optimize Snowflake performance and costs while improving pipeline reliability and monitoring

• Build automation tooling in Python, leveraging AWS services such as Lambda and S3

• Lead AI adoption initiatives, developing skills and automated agentic workflows for the analytics team

• Stay current with AI trends and evaluate new tools for practical team application

Requirements

• 4+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or similar role

• Hands-on dbt experience including dbt Cloud administration (not just model development)

• Strong SQL and data modeling skills

• Production Snowflake experience with performance tuning and cost awareness

• Python proficiency for data tooling and automation

• AWS services experience (Lambda, S3)

• Proven ability managing business-critical pipelines with data quality testing and incident handling

• Experience mentoring or supporting analysts

• Fluent English

Additional advantageous skills include agentic AI workflow experience, multi-project dbt setups, finance data expertise, gaming or mobile analytics background, and dbt certification.
