Compliance Officer

XM is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join their Compliance team in Limassol. This hybrid role is central to ensuring the company maintains full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, fostering a culture of compliance and integrity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development, review, and revision of compliance policies and procedures, ensuring distribution to all employees

• Receive and review compliance-related complaints following formal procedures

• Conduct reviews and approvals of marketing materials to ensure compliance standards are met

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective action plans for identified compliance issues

• Conduct desk-based reviews and inspections as part of the Compliance Risk Assessment and Monitoring Program

• Assist with monthly, yearly, and ad-hoc regulatory reporting obligations

• Monitor evolving regulatory frameworks and ensure timely adaptation across Group entities

• Support the broader compliance team on special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Law, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar compliance role

• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance principles

• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail

• Fluent in Greek and English (verbal and written)

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• High integrity and confidentiality standards
