German-Speaking Business Development Officer
XM seeks a strategic and driven Business Development Officer to drive international growth and expand market presence across multiple countries. This role combines business expansion, relationship management, and execution of growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Set and support departmental KPIs aligned with corporate targets, developing action plans for achievement
Support market penetration and expansion strategies across existing and new markets
Build and maintain strong relationships through regular engagement and strategic meetings
Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored strategies for each market
Promote company products and services with comprehensive competitor knowledge
Participate in events, seminars, and promotional activities across different countries
Prepare presentations, reports, and market analyses to support executive decision-making
Coach, motivate, and develop team members to ensure high performance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related business field
Proven experience in business development, client/partner relations, or similar role
Fluent or native German speaker; English proficiency required
Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with ability to perform under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder influence capability
Excellent client handling, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
Management and leadership experience
Computer literacy
