Senior Auditor – Limassol Assurance Services
This role offers an opportunity to make a significant technical contribution to audit engagements at EY's Limassol office. As a Senior Auditor, you will supervise junior team members, execute complex assurance procedures, and help shape audit strategy while working under the guidance of managers and senior managers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead fieldwork activities and manage team performance on audit engagements
Execute complex audit processes and document higher-risk areas to strengthen technical expertise
Establish and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Provide authoritative advice and guidance on audit findings and resolutions
Supervise junior engagement team members and mentor colleagues on market trends and audit processes
Present audit findings to clients and help resolve complex technical issues
Identify cross-selling opportunities by understanding client needs and referring to other EY service lines
Requirements
3 to 6 years of audit experience in an accounting firm
ACA, ACCA, or CA professional qualification
Fluent in Greek and English (verbal and written)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Project management capabilities
Working knowledge of IFRS
Passion for continuous learning in a fast-paced environment
