About the Role
EY is seeking a Software Project Manager to join its Consulting practice in Nicosia. This position involves leading and managing information technology projects within EY's Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia cluster, delivering transformation services to organizations across industries.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage IT projects with focus on timely delivery and business goal alignment
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and vendors
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies
Coordinate execution across technical teams, vendors, and business units
Manage stakeholder communications and proactively address issues
Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations
Ensure compliance with industry best practices and organizational standards
Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess success and identify improvements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
3-7 years of project management experience in IT initiatives
Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies
Experience with enterprise technology deployments, system integrations, and IT infrastructure
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or JIRA
PMP certification, PRINCE2 practitioner, or equivalent Agile/Project Management certification required
Fluent English; Greek proficiency desirable
Ability to work in fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities
