Founding Tech Lead at GrowthBricks (JetBrains)

This is a founding engineering role building GrowthBricks, a shared business brain for GTM (go-to-market) teams and AI agents. You will own the technical architecture and core systems from inception, working directly with the product founder to turn fragmented business data into reliable memory and agent actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design core architecture spanning business context, agents, memory, tools, and feedback loops

• Build agentic workflows that reason over company context and act across CRM, sales, marketing, and product systems

• Create context extractors to process sales calls, emails, internal documents, CRM states, and campaign data

• Work on prompting, context management, memory, tool orchestration, and integration decisions

• Connect GrowthBricks to existing GTM stacks rather than rebuilding existing tools

• Prototype quickly, evaluate approaches, and turn effective ideas into production primitives

• Write much of the early code yourself and make key architectural decisions as requirements evolve

Required Experience:

• Hands-on experience building and refining LLM applications, agents, or agentic workflows used by real people

• Demonstrated ability designing backend systems, data models, APIs, and integrations

• Working knowledge of context management, memory patterns, prompting strategies, and tool orchestration

• Comfort with zero-to-one environments and high technical autonomy

• Practical mindset valuing clear, simple solutions over unnecessary complexity

Preferred: Experience with modern GTM stacks (CRMs, enrichment tools, marketing automation), solution engineering, or building software for sales/marketing teams.
