Role Overview
This Customer Support Specialist position is based in Limassol and involves serving as a primary point of contact for visitors including students, parents, and guests in an educational environment. The role balances administrative support with interpersonal care, requiring someone who can handle both practical tasks and emotional support with equal competence.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist all visitors, ensuring they feel informed and valued throughout their interaction
Handle routine administrative inquiries independently, such as questions about stationery, lost items, schedules, and staff locations
Provide emotional support by listening actively, offering reassurance, and de-escalating tense or stressful situations with empathy
Communicate with parents regarding school activities, summer camps, and language programmes
Gather verbal feedback from clients and share observations with the team to enhance overall experience
Requirements
Fluent Russian (native speaker or C1 level) and English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
Minimum 2 years' experience in a people-facing role such as reception, administration, hospitality, or client service
Basic IT proficiency including Google Docs, MS Office, email, and messaging applications
Higher education background, preferably in Psychology, Pedagogy, Service Management, or Linguistics
Experience in a school or educational setting and understanding of child psychology are advantageous
Knowledge of Greek is beneficial but not required
