About the Role
The Project Methodologist will drive process optimization and digital transformation initiatives within the organization. This role bridges business strategy and technical implementation, combining project management expertise with hands-on solution design and development capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Document, analyze, and systematize organizational processes to identify optimization opportunities
Design and propose solutions using established frameworks and best practices, defending recommendations to stakeholders
Implement process improvements while managing organizational change and stakeholder resistance
Develop automations and build prototypes, including leveraging AI agents for process enhancement
Identify and integrate AI opportunities throughout business processes
Manage cross-functional projects and independently handle requests from internal stakeholders
Support teams in report preparation and organizational coordination
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years experience as Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst
Demonstrated expertise in process optimization and change implementation
Full solution lifecycle experience from requirements gathering through launch and adoption
Solid knowledge of BPMN, project management frameworks, and methodologies
Development experience with Python, JavaScript, and AI tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Codex)
Technical proficiency with Docker, SQL, RAG, and no-code/low-code tools like n8n
Experience with dashboarding platforms (Tableau, NeoDash, Superset)
Project Management certification preferred
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, engineering, programming, or physics
Pre-Intermediate English or higher; willingness to learn Greek
