Manual QA Engineer – Global IT Products

Wargaming is seeking an experienced Manual QA Engineer to join the Global IT Products department, responsible for ensuring the quality of internal corporate systems and services. This role involves testing diverse products ranging from web applications to complex microservices and integrations, with testing approaches tailored to each product's specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle testing including functional testing of web applications, microservices, and APIs

• Conduct product testing without ready-made requirements

• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation

• Perform build acceptance and quality control verification of defect fixes

• Monitor error and failure reports

• Analyze and test project and product requirements

• Evaluate testing work effectiveness

• Collaborate in team meetings and discussions

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional QA Engineering experience

• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability handling large datasets and complex business logic

• Proven expertise testing web applications and microservices

• Solid understanding of testing methodologies and software development life cycles

• Knowledge of client-server architecture principles

• Experience writing test cases and checklists

• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and TestRail

• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server; SQL competency

• Proficient Excel skills for data analysis and calculations

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher; strong Russian language skills (written and spoken)

• Flexible, comfortable switching between tasks and projects

• Detail-oriented with ability to maintain focus on complex calculations
