IT Project Manager

Overview

This IT Project Manager role at Kairostek involves managing end-to-end project delivery across software development, infrastructure, and cloud environments. The position requires balancing technical expertise with business acumen to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, schedule, resources, and budget using appropriate methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)

• Track project performance through KPIs and ensure timely completion of milestones

• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and vendors

• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to all organizational levels

• Identify and mitigate project risks with clear escalation procedures

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with security and regulatory requirements

• Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned sessions

• Monitor project costs and manage third-party suppliers

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, plans, and executive dashboards

Requirements

• 3+ years in IT project management across software, infrastructure, or cloud environments

• Proficiency with Jira, Trello, or MS Project

• Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience

• Strong team coordination and stakeholder management abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strategic problem-solving and decision-making under pressure

• PMP, PRINCE2, or AgilePM certification preferred
