About the role
Windows DevOps Engineer
This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive DevOps infrastructure with a strong focus on Windows environments. The engineer will work across CI/CD pipeline implementation, infrastructure automation, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and TeamCity
Automate Windows infrastructure deployments and configuration management using PowerShell and Ansible
Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions and enhance centralized automation platforms based on AWX
Design and maintain platforms using HashiCorp Nomad, with integration of Vault and Consul for security and service discovery
Administer and configure Vault and Consul including access policies and service integrations
Maintain Nexus and Artifactory to support .NET application build and delivery
Develop monitoring, logging, and observability systems for production infrastructure
Investigate infrastructure incidents, conduct postmortems, and implement preventive measures
Collaborate with development and systems engineering teams on infrastructure matters
Key Requirements
Production experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy (GPO)
Advanced PowerShell skills with production-grade solution development experience
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline design and HashiCorp Nomad deployment
Experience with Vault, Consul, Ansible, and Windows infrastructure automation
.NET ecosystem knowledge including MSBuild, dotnet build, and NuGet
IIS and Windows Services production experience
Understanding of PKI and certificate management principles
Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenSearch
Strong troubleshooting capabilities across infrastructure, OS, applications, and CI/CD systems
