About the Role
This Group Product Manager position leads Wrike's Core unit, the foundational product area responsible for how customers plan, structure, manage, and scale work. You will oversee five product teams and manage five Product Managers, setting vision and strategy while balancing product power, ease of use, and AI-native capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Define and evolve the vision, strategy, and priorities for the Core unit, ensuring the product remains powerful, scalable, user-friendly, and ready for AI agent collaboration
Manage five Product Managers across five teams, providing clarity of ownership, strong decision-making, and consistent product quality
Make strategic trade-offs between customer requests, enterprise needs, technical investments, usability improvements, and long-term bets
Contribute to building AI-native processes, tooling, and mindsets to scale R&D output and outcomes by 10x
Coach, mentor, and develop Product Managers to reach the next level of strategic capability
Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading product managers or managing complex product areas with multiple teams and stakeholders
Deep understanding of product discovery, customer validation, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and delivery
Strong B2B SaaS and enterprise customer knowledge, including scalability, adoption, usability, and change management
Demonstrated ability to make hard trade-offs across competing priorities
Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Design, and executive teams
People management experience: coaching, mentoring, hiring, and developing product managers
Excellent UX judgment and ability to balance power with simplicity in complex products
Standout Qualities
Experience in B2B SaaS enterprise collaboration or productivity products
Practical understanding of AI-native product development and agentic workflows
Visionary mindset with ability to redefine complex product vision
Strong technical fluency and engineering partnership skills
