Senior Professional Services Consultant - German
Wrike is seeking an experienced Senior Professional Services Consultant to lead customer engagements and drive successful implementations of their work management platform. Based in Nicosia with a hybrid working arrangement, this role is ideal for a German-speaking professional with deep consulting expertise and a passion for customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end customer onboarding engagements including discovery, design, configuration, rollout, and adoption monitoring
Manage complex customer implementations while tracking progress through Wrike and Salesforce systems
Support the sales team with scoping requirements and demonstrate the value of professional services offerings
Collaborate with product teams and internal stakeholders to identify solutions and influence product roadmap decisions
Mentor junior team members and represent the DACH region with cultural and language fluency
Ensure smooth handoffs between teams and manage successful project completions against critical metrics
Required Qualifications
3+ years in project management, consulting, or customer-facing roles
Formal certification in project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, Lean, or equivalent)
Native German fluency and deep understanding of the DACH market
Ability to manage complex client relationships and communicate with executive stakeholders
Change management expertise and understanding of SaaS implementation best practices
Strong organizational skills, customer-centric mindset, and ability to provide thought leadership
The ideal candidate combines technical fluency with exceptional interpersonal skills, proven ability to manage difficult audiences, and a track record of delivering successful customer outcomes in consulting or professional services environments.
